  • extraordinary scholarly potential
  • exceptional ability, originality, and resourcefulness
  • passion for leadership and service in high school and wanting to grow in this during university


  • Minimum Grade 12 Admission Average: 85%
  • Your admission average is calculated using your English 12 grades and 3 approved courses (see below)

Student will be shortlisted and invited of a panel interview



4 parts to the application:

  • Letter of Intent
    • Share why Corpus Christi College is the best fit for you and why you want to be part of the Circle of Fellows program where you with leadership development
    • VIEW information about the INSPIRE Leadership Program that all scholarship recipients are involved in
  • Academic Records
    • Please submit a copy your transcripts to us
  • Service or Leadership Essay
    • In your essay, you can:
      • share why making a difference through service matters to you and how you have grown from your personal experience and how you hope to continue doing so and what you are envisioning the future in regards to your commitment to service (community, environment, organizations, non-profit, or personal project).
      • OR share why leadership is important to you and why leadership mattes in making a difference.  Share how you have grown through your leadership experiences and how you hope to continue to grow while being part of the Circle of Fellow program.
  • Curriculum Vitae of your Experiences in either Service or Leadership
    • List either and/or both you resume (portfolio) of experience:
      • doing service in community, at school, or via organizations
        • highlight volunteer opportunities that are outside of school requirements and share about how that has shaped you or helped you
      • demonstrating leadership or leadership roles at school, community, and organizations
        • highlight what you learned and projects you were a part of that helped others but also how it helps you personally


  • completed the Letter of Intent section
  • Either the section on Service or on Leadership
  • submitted one academic reference and one Service or Leadership reference
  • The application can be saved on APPLICATION LINK FORM before being submitted
  • Make sure that this form and your supporting documents are submitted by February 15th.

Approved Courses for Admissions


The following is a list of approved Grade 12 courses, particular to BC and Yukon high schools, as well as international applicants. Please see the sections above for detailed requirements depending on your academic status. If you have any questions about these courses, please contact the Admissions Office by emailing [email protected].

  • Courses that fall under the BC Ministry of Education subject categories: Language Arts 12, Mathematics 12, Science, Second Languages 12, Social Studies 12 are used for Admission to Corpus Christi College.
  • English Language Arts, either English Studies 12 or English First Peoples 12 is required.

The highly unique Circle of Fellows Scholarship Program offers a full 1 year up to a 2-year scholarship covering tuition and added benefits.

Along with academic potential, recipients are selected for broad-based and diverse characteristics, including character, selflessness, resilience, intelligence, creativity, leadership, ability to overcome challenges, and many other qualities and skills.

Jessica Sangalang

2022-24 Circle of Fellow Award Recipient
St. Thomas More Collegiate Alumna

Since 2019, Jessica has been a Youth Coordinator for Vancouver’s Reaching Out Christ to Kids (ROCK) program. She helped start ROCK’s first school-based team in Canada, adapting to the constraints of the pandemic to establish the program in two elementary schools. In addition to her work with ROCK, Jessica is an ambassador for the Vancouver chapter of Girls Give Back and was Co-President of both the Mary Rice Club and the Jr. Blessed Edmund Rice Team at St. Thomas More Collegiate.
